What is collected
Stat Lab collects your mobile number, an optional email address, an opaque device id used to enforce the one-seat rule, and the subscription state held by the payment processor. That is the full list.
What is not collected
Stat Lab does not sell data, and there are no third-party advertising pixels anywhere on the site.
Cookies
The site sets one httpOnly session cookie for members to stay signed in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics are self-hosted, first-party, and set no cookie.
Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is open, plus a short window afterward to handle disputes and support requests.
Data deletion
To delete your data: open the desk, go to You, then Support, and send a deletion request. You can also email admin@the-stat-lab.com. Your account, phone number, email and device id are removed within 30 days. The payment processor's own records follow their own retention schedule, outside our control.
